Seeding Digital Skills
Upskill employees with cutting-edge digital twin technology training to boost productivity and profitability.
Digital twins — a virtual copy of a real-world place or process, like your facility or production line — allows processors to simulate and test changes in a digital environment before making real-world decisions.
Over 12 weeks, participants will learn how to build and use these digital models to reduce downtime, cut waste, and improve efficiency. The training is fully online, designed for people without coding experience, and includes a credential upon completion.

WILWorks Skilled Trades in Advanced Manufacturing program
EMC’s WILWorks Skilled Trades in Advanced Manufacturing program gives manufacturers funding to train young workers in mechanical, electrical, and machining fundamentals through a mix of online and hands-on learning.
Eligible employers can receive up to $5,000 per participant in wage subsidies Participants must be between the ages of 15 and 29, and training periods run from 8 to 16 weeks. Strengthen your in-house capabilities empower the next generation of skilled trades professionals.
FoodGrad's Tasting Room Networking Event
The FoodGrads 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺 is back November 5, 2025, connecting Ontario food and beverage processors with students and recent graduates from across Canada!
This online networking event gives employers a direct way to meet emerging talent, shine a spotlight on their workplace, and promote current or upcoming opportunities with an audience of promising skilled talent.
For many students, The Tasting Room is their first professional introduction to the industry. It’s a chance for employers to make an impression and highlight the range of careers available across Ontario’s F&B processing industry.

This organization of First Nation Education Counsellors recognizes that the development of Native communities requires specific tools and programs and the partnership with CareersNOW! is based on this foundation.
